Content and Copyright Policy

Users are responsible for the content they post, upload, message, or share on ZenWave.

User Content

You must have the rights needed to upload or share content. Do not post another person's copyrighted work, trademark, private information, image, or identity without permission or another lawful basis.

ZenWave may remove, restrict, or disable access to content that appears unlawful, unsafe, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with platform policies.

Copyright Notices

Nigeria's Copyright Act includes online-content notice and takedown concepts. ZenWave should maintain a clear copyright contact and review process before launch.

A notice should include:

• the copyright owner's name and contact details;
• the work claimed to be infringed;
• the ZenWave URL, community, profile, or content reference;
• a statement that the sender believes the use is unauthorized;
• a signature or equivalent authorization;
• any additional information required by Nigerian counsel.

Counter-Notices and Appeals

A user whose content is removed may request review through support or the copyright contact. ZenWave may restore, keep removed, or escalate content depending on the notice, counter-notice, repeat-infringer risk, legal advice, and platform safety concerns.

Repeat Infringers

ZenWave may restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content or evade takedowns.
