Acceptable Use Policy

Use ZenWave only for lawful, safe, and accountable activity.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use ZenWave to:

  • commit fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, account takeover, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or money laundering;
  • sell, request, promote, or coordinate unlawful goods or services;
  • harass, threaten, exploit, sexually abuse, blackmail, shame, dox, or endanger anyone;
  • upload malware, scrape data without permission, attack systems, bypass security, or interfere with platform operations;
  • impersonate people, businesses, schools, creators, government agencies, payment providers, or ZenWave;
  • manipulate reviews, verification, trust signals, QR codes, referrals, communities, or support evidence;
  • post content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • bypass marketplace, wallet, paid-activity, Trust Passport, or safety gates.

Prohibited Goods and Services

Unless ZenWave later approves a category with legal and operational review, do not use ZenWave to offer or coordinate:

  • weapons, explosives, controlled drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen items, or illegal documents;
  • financial products, investments, loans, betting, insurance, or regulated services;
  • adult sexual services, exploitation, or intimate content without lawful authority;
  • medical, legal, immigration, or professional services without required qualification;
  • animals, property, vehicles, or high-value goods where required checks are unavailable;
  • any item or service prohibited by payment-provider rules or Nigerian law.

Enforcement

ZenWave may remove content, freeze feature access, restrict paid tools, hold or delay provider-linked actions, require verification, preserve records, notify providers, or report serious abuse to appropriate authorities where lawful and necessary.
